If repairs have been completed and not paid for, we'll send a check to the dealer, issued jointly to the customer and the repairing dealer.

Be prepared

To help us expedite your claim, please have this information ready:

  • Customer name, address, and phone number
  • Loan or contract number
  • Date of loss
  • Location of loss
  • Type and description of loss and damage
  • Equipment type and serial number
  • Repairing dealer, address, and phone number

Please note we require a police report if you're reporting theft or vandalism.
